Christmas Letter 2021

Dear Friends,

Greetings, may the Joy of Christmas fill your heart this Season! Advent, when our focus is on preparations for the coming of Christ, is almost upon us. Then Christmas will arrive, and we will celebrate the birth of Jesus and the joy of a Savior born for us.

As Christmas approaches, please remember and consider a donation to the church. Throughout FUMC's history, our church focus has been service -- providing spiritual outreach to all and a place for Christians, both young and old, to grow and mature in the faith. Because of the constraints of COVID-19 and it affecting so many of our church members, your generosity will certainly help.

Our church’s March-to-the-Manger offering is on Sunday, December 19, 2021 and is dedicated to supporting our ministry. If you are unable to attend this Service, please consider this opportunity to help by sending a donation to the above address. Online giving is also available. Of course, your gift to the church is tax deductible and may reduce your income taxes.

As you set out Christmas greenery on your hearth and decorate your Christmas tree, may you experience the excitement and joy of His Presence in your heart. God be with you and our church this Christmas and forever. Thank you.

Sincerely,

Ms. Marilyn Bounds, Treasurer

Mr. Lee Hedegaard, Finance Chair

Rev. David Newton, Minister
